There is a lot of data that gets collected during your dynamic cycling analysis session.
Our online booking system has a very handy client portal where all your data is stored in one place, accessible to you when you need it. No more misplaced files in your inbox or your on computer!
Files are typically uploaded within a week of your Dynamic Cycling Analysis appointment. If for some reason your bike fitting file is not available when you log into your account, please let us know by email or text so we can make sure it is visible to you and/or upload it into the system.
To access your data
- Log in with your username and password. Please make sure you are using the same login credentials used to book the appointment - Do not create another account. If you can not remember your password, use the 'reset password' feature. If you did end up creating another account, please get in touch so we can merge both accounts for you.
- Once logged in, navigate to the 'documents' tab on the left side
- You will see the appropriate file as a pdf and you can download it for your records
- The file will always be available for you within the system and your access never expires, so you can revisit the 'documents' tab whenever you wish
