What are your Bike Fitting policies?

Below are a few basic policies, to make sure everyone is on the same page from the start!


What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment the same way you scheduled your appointment - By using our online booking system. Simply log into your account and reschedule to a date that works better for you or cancel the appointment.

If you paid a deposit and you are rescheduling, the deposit will carry over to your next appointment. If you paid a deposit and you cancel your appointment, your deposit can be available to you for future use or you can get it refunded within 5 business days.

We ask that you give us 48 hours (2 days) notice to cancel or reschedule. The online booking system is automated, so if you are outside that time frame, you will be able to do so online. If you are within that time frame, the system will not allow you to make changes and you will need to get in touch with us by phone or email.

There is a $100 fee for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours (2 days) of the appointment date. The same goes for no shows or if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment. The same fee applies for late cancellation, late rescheduling or no shows for a free follow up.

That said, if there is an emergency, etc we will do our best to accommodate and work with you on a solution that works for everyone. We know some things are simply outside ones control.

What if I forget something?

That's okay, it happens. That said, if it is something significant (missing a chain on the bike, don't have your shoes or cycling kit), affecting our ability to complete your appointment as scheduled and forcing us to reschedule the majority of your appointment, you may be charged additional fees.

What about follow ups?

If we determine that there is a need for a follow up as part of the initial dynamic cycling analysis appointment due to the need to change parts or any other reason we agree on, the follow up will be scheduled once those parts have been installed. This must be done within two months of the initial appointment (exceptions apply for the 'post' part of the 'pre+post purchase' appointment).

If something is not feeling right within two months of your appointment date, please let us know so we can help you through it and schedule you in for a follow up as needed.
